Frequently Asked Questions
-
Q: Do I bring my pets to you, or will you stay in my home?
A: As much as I would love to host your pets, my services are fully an I-come-to-you situation!
Q: My dog is a strong puller on the leash. Are you okay with that?
A: As long as both your dog’s and my experience can remain a safe one, I am happy to meet your dog where they’re at and help reinforce proper leash behavior. As a former equestrian, I am confident in my strength & intuition when it comes to strong animals.
Q: I live outside of the Greenville area. Are you willing to travel to me?
A: Short answer, yes! Long answer, I love traveling and exploring new places, so I would be more than happy to come to you. If you are outside of a 20 mile radius from Greenville, my distance rate is $100/day. If you are 100 miles or further, please send me a contact form and we can discuss your options further!

Q: How does payment work?
A: For all bookings, you can secure your dates with a 50% non-refundable deposit. Once the stay is complete, I will email you a Square invoice for the remaining 50%. Tips are never expected, but very much appreciated.
Q: While pet sitting, will you sleep at the house too?
A: Yes! My pet sitting services are 100% around-the-clock, so I will be staying in your home to keep your pets company, just as you would. However, if you’d prefer just daytime care, I also offer Check Ins that can be customized to fit your pets’ needs.
Q: You won’t have anyone over while you are staying in my home, right?
A: I hate that I hear this so often! Opening your home to someone and trusting them with both your pets’ and your home’s care is something I do not take lightly. I have never invited someone into a home in which I was staying, and I would never bring someone into your home unless it is explicitly discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
